Rig Continuity — encrypted cloud backup of your setup.

Added
- Continuity: client-encrypted backups of registry, handoffs, prefs, MCP, and vault ciphertext to a dedicated S3 bucket
- One-time recovery + master key reveal (hidden after you confirm you saved them)
- Schedule backups by frequency, days, and local time (runs while Rig is open)
- Settings UI to backup now, list snapshots, restore, and unlock with recovery key
