Screen auth matches macOS’s 8-character VNC password limit.

- SSO Screen “Authentication failed” — legacy VNC passwords are max 8 chars; older Connect-ready setups stored 24 and Screen Sharing rejected them. Now generate/upload/open with 8 chars, migrate long secrets on the next admin grant, and clear stale Keychain VNC entries for that host before opening
