Adminer empty-password Valet fix, desktop path hardening, and Agent MCP linker polish.

- Adminer login-ip — empty DB passwords allowed only on loopback (Valet root / no password), still behind Rig’s Adminer token
Fixed
- Adminer / Valet — open databases that use an empty local password without rejecting login
- Desktop paths / IPC — safer project path checks and Adminer open whitelist
- MCP linkers — linker/common hardening across Cursor, VS Code, Claude, Codex, Windsurf
