Next — Fleet remote control

Target: late beta (around beta.30–.35). Phone-friendly fleet board on the web Account dashboard, morning stacks, smart offline queues, home-Mac assign, keep-awake schedules, remote open URL + failure log tails, then peer wake, team role gates, on-call Macs, and update-all. Same device APIs the iPhone app will use — no FileVault cold-boot promises.

Next — Mesh

Mesh is live on Mac and Cloud. Last mile: Cloud sentence builder, tag rename, one Fleet Activity feed. Teleport network badge stays unshipped.

Next — Sidebar, All projects & tray popover

Switcher, All projects, and the menu-bar popover from the turn-44 board — the Mac rail still uses the older shell.

Next — Encrypted secrets sync

One-click onboard of a teammate's whole .env. Keys never leave devices; plaintext never sits on the API.

Next — GitHub in Rig

One GitHub identity for the Rig account (click to connect on Mac and in Cloud; PAT is backup). Mac: full Git plane per project — create or attach a repo, live changes, hunks, history, blame, PRs, merge, conflicts. Cloud: live branch/PR state on the catalog, Open on GitHub, GitHub.com actions from the dashboard; working-tree git still runs on the assigned Mac. Agents get the same loop over MCP. Directional: a branch becomes a whole environment.

Phase 2 after the Git plane: tags, revert, cherry-pick, draft PRs, issues, Cloud merge/releases, org App. SSH, LFS, and a second account come after.

Lockout recovery shipped. Next is a 30-day trusted-device 2FA skip and an optional recovery email. SMS is out of scope.

MCP mirrors the Git plane. Cloud queues pull/push/checkout to an awake Mac (same as remote start). Comment and approve on a hunk, Actions logs and rerun, vault-backed secret scan before commit, preview URL per branch, worktree per agent session.

Blueprints, PHP version picker UI, Mailpit, Xdebug toggle, and clone/export — the Local-depth items after one-click WP shipped.

Soon — Stable 1.0 polish

Target: Mac 1.0 after fleet foundations land. Groups, session resume, install polish, and a calmer day-to-day shell so betas feel finished, not provisional.

Target: TestFlight after fleet board + remote commands are solid on the web. See fleet status, start/stop/restart when a Mac is awake, morning stacks, and attention alerts — same Rig account as Mac and cloud. iPad gets the wider fleet layout.
