    What's up next

    Snapshot from userig.app/changelog?tab=upcoming · 4 Aug 2026 (UTC).

Directional — not a promise. Discuss specifics in Feature ideas.

    Next — Fleet remote control

Target: late beta (around beta.30–.35). Phone-friendly fleet board on the web Account dashboard, morning stacks, smart offline queues, home-Mac assign, keep-awake schedules, remote open URL + failure log tails, then peer wake, team role gates, on-call Macs, and update-all. Same device APIs the iPhone app will use — no FileVault cold-boot promises.

    Soon — Stable 1.0 polish

Target: Mac 1.0 after fleet foundations land. Groups, session resume, install polish, and a calmer day-to-day shell so betas feel finished, not provisional.

Soon — iPhone / iPad app

Target: TestFlight after fleet board + remote commands are solid on the web. See fleet status, start/stop/restart when a Mac is awake, morning stacks, and attention alerts — same Rig account as Mac and cloud. iPad gets the wider fleet layout.

    Later — Windows desktop

Target: post–1.0 companion. Installer and project lifecycle for Windows teams who still need the Mac as the home studio — download page already marks this coming soon.

Later — Secrets vault & deeper observability

End-to-end env vault (keys never leave devices) plus richer anomaly graphs and host health over time.

    Later — Service marketplace

One-click service catalog beyond managed Postgres/Redis — templates and recipes teams can add without hand-wiring every port.
