Passkeys on Mac: Touch ID / Face ID enroll and sign-in via a secure Cloud window.

Added
- Sign in with Touch ID / Face ID / passkey from Settings → Cloud account
- Add and remove passkeys on this Mac (synced with Rig Cloud)
- Platform-authenticator enrollment for this device’s biometrics
