Valet + Laravel projects — Rig fits beside PhpStorm, not instead of it.

Added
- Detect Composer / Laravel / WordPress projects and Valet *.test URLs
- Artisan sidecars: queue, horizon, schedule, reverb; one-shot migrate + composer
- Tail storage/logs/laravel.log into the project log pane
- Open site / “Served by Valet” health for PHP projects
Fixed
- Pure PHP folders no longer look empty — Valet owns HTTP; Rig runs the rest
