Glaze-style project workspace: Processes, Logs, and inspector rail.

- Project view rebuilt to match Glaze: Processes table, filtered Logs, Lanes / Endpoints / Git / MCP / Devices inspector
- Per-process start/stop/restart controls and stack script IPC
- MCP project-scope toggle from the project inspector
Fixed
- Project detail was still the old dense form under the new shell — new workspace is now the primary view (legacy controls under Advanced)
