An MCP write stays open until you click Approve in Rig, then that same call finishes.

- Approval detail — the card names the script, port, branch, snapshot, or message before you approve
Fixed
- Approve — clicking Approve finishes the tool call that is already waiting. You do not have to tell the agent to try again
- Menu bar — an approval brings Rig forward when it is hidden in the menu bar
- Database restore and env fill — those wait for Approve as well. confirm=true does not approve them
- Stale MCP configs — hub start rewrites a linked project file even when it still points at an old port
- Other editors — the copied MCP snippet is the wake command, not the HTTP URL
