- Native sidebar — SwiftUI-direction sidebar with project/Mesh status, notifications popover, mute-all and per-notification mute/dismiss
- Sidebar prefs persistence — collapse, mute-all, muted ids, and dismissed notification ids survive restarts
- Supabase connect — detect missing URL/anon keys, write into the active lane env, optional restart; sheet from Database & setup and crash banners

- New project from sidebar — Native Sidebar “New project” opens the existing project wizard again
- Supabase crash guidance — missing supabase-js URL/Key surfaces a connect path instead of a dead-end restart loop
