Hotfix: FileVault Macs no longer hang for two minutes during wake / get-on-that-Mac.

- FileVault wake — wake completes when Cloud reports online (lock screen), instead of waiting up to 120s for mesh overlay that cannot join until unlock
- Get on that Mac — stops immediately with a clear FileVault message instead of hanging through wake + screen waits
- Screen guard — FileVault blocks Screen unless the peer is confirmed on the overlay
