Right now Rig only tells you who owns a port reactively, when a start fails on bind. Add a read-only scan that shows what's already listening on common dev ports (and on the ports your added projects declare) before you hit start, so conflicts are visible upfront instead of discovered by a failed boot. Not full system auto-discovery — just extending the existing "who owns this port" lookup to run proactively across a range rather than waiting for EADDRINUSE.

• LAN preview — the QR code is an http address on your Wi-Fi when the project URL is https://*.rig.localhost or localhost
• Privacy — Settings lists what leaves the Mac, with a local-only switch
• Agent history — a project journal, checkpoints, and recent agent activity on that project

Fixed

• Live Link — the Mac reaches a local app that uses a self-signed certificate
• Phone preview — page and WordPress URLs that pointed at *.rig.localhost are rewritten onto the LAN address
• Health check — *.localhost and a self-signed loopback certificate count as up
