• Cloud release email (notify-release with product: cloud) to waitlist + registered users
• In-app / account cloud.release events for every signed-up user (Mac toast without Sparkle)
• What’s up next forum sync on every ./scripts/release-cloud.sh ship
• Live releases.json cloud.version check before forum announce (fails if changelog Cloud tab would stay stale)

Fixed

• Cloud ship path covers email + account notify + up-next, not only What’s shipping
