Fixed

• Health probe rewrites localhost → 127.0.0.1 (macOS was hitting ::1 while Vite listens on IPv4)
• Probe tries local HTTP before HTTPS sidecar / Valet URLs
• Slightly longer health timeout for cold Vite starts
