• Cloud billing gate — grace banner and suspended sheet when Cloud/Mesh is paused for unpaid invoices; local process control stays available
• Open billing — Manage / Update payment opens https://api.userig.app/account/dashboard#billing

• Billing URL fallbacks — desktop no longer points at billing.userig.app; Cloud Billing is the account dashboard #billing hash
• Mesh 402 handling — suspended Cloud returns a clear billing URL and blocked payload instead of a generic auth error
