• Connect-ready wizard — login password → admin prompt → Accessibility, with Open Settings and live detection
• Screen setup blocker — refuses Screen until the target reports Connect-ready + unlock password + Accessibility; shows a “Finish setup on that Mac” guide
• Peer readiness heartbeats — connectReady, unlock, and Accessibility flags synced via Cloud so the viewer can gate Screen
• Branded Notification Center alerts — lime RIG app icon (no Electron atom); titles prefixed with Rig
• One-tap crash resolution — port clash / deps / DB banners say what to do; tap frees the port (or runs the fix) and restarts

Fixed

• Port extraction — 127.0.0.1:8080 style EADDRINUSE lines resolve to the real port, not 127
• Screen auth path — no silent VNC-password fallback that caused “Authentication failed”
