Mesh Screen path fixes: use the LAN path when it works, stop poisoning addresses, stop keyless resets.

Added

• Friendly name — rename in Mesh updates display_name only; mesh hostname / Headscale rename is a separate confirmed step
• Access setup surfacing — device detail shows when Connect-ready (admin once) is still needed on that Mac

Fixed

• Screen on same LAN — prefers Tailscale CurAddr LAN IP when Screen Sharing answers there; 100.64:5900 often fails while LAN works
• No Cloud IP clobber — grant address no longer overrides the locally resolved connect host
• No peer IP on this Mac — Screen heartbeats no longer write the target’s address onto the viewer’s Cloud row
• Soft rejoin — mesh.rejoin / Mesh toggle no longer runs up --reset without an auth key (that caused “can’t connect to your mesh”)
• Hostname enroll — strips .local / .localdomain before hyphenating so foo.local does not become foo-local
• Connect-ready guidance — post-join CTA + devices banner until this Mac is Connect-ready
