Added

• Connect-ready — one-time studio Mac setup (wake for network, Rig at login, mesh identity, no password after sleep; optional local unlock secret)
• Unlock on grant — target Rig unlocks lock screen when Connect-ready (local password only, never Cloud)
• Connect orchestration — rejoin overlay while connecting; longer grant poll (90s)

Fixed

• Grant SSE — mesh access grant events now poll device commands immediately
• FileVault errors — only block when lock screen is confirmed, not when overlay is down
• API — do not block grants when identity not ready; grant TTL 120s
• Device commands — faster poll (8s) for grant delivery
• Update downloads — release binaries served from web volume (503 fix)

Removed

• Separate Get me on that Mac row button (use Connect)
