<li><strong>Settings design parity</strong> — all eight settings panes (General through Phone companion) use literal design-board markup: shared <code>rig-theme</code> shell, blueprint corners, lime checkboxes, and inline styles from the 40a–40h artboards</li>
<li><strong>Cloud account</strong> — full 40d layout: signed-in card, sync four-states grid, signed-out block, and “What syncs” aside</li>
<li><strong>General width</strong> — same 900px content column as every other settings tab (no more narrow 860px drift)</li>
