• Help → Contact support opens Rig Support with version, macOS, device, and account diagnostics prefilled (copied to clipboard)
• Status banner in the Mac app when cloud services are degraded or down
• Docs and contact pages hand off to api.userig.app/support with the doc slug attached
• Staff can draft a public Community Bugs topic from the cloud account dashboard

Fixed

• Service status forum posts are UK checkpoints (07:00 · 12:00 · 19:00) plus change alerts, not hourly all-clear spam
