Support is a Rig object now: signed-in intake, a Help inbox on the account dashboard, locked-out magic-link threads, and time-boxed diagnostic shares for staff. Marketing pages also ship llms.txt so AI search can cite Rig cleanly.

• Staff /diag TTL parsing (/diag health 60m, /diag crash 30m) no longer treats the duration as a project name
