Cloud v0.19.0
Support is a Rig object now: signed-in intake, a Help inbox on the account dashboard, locked-out magic-link threads, and time-boxed diagnostic shares for staff. Marketing pages also ship llms.txt so AI search can cite Rig cleanly.

Added
Customer support portal at https://api.userig.app/support (sign-in + diagnostics, not the Chatwoot agent console)
Account dashboard Help inbox: ticket list, thread, reply, reopen, and CSAT
Locked-out intake with email-only magic-link threads at /support/t/{token}
Chatwoot webhook (message_created, conversation_status_changed) with HMAC verification so replies and resolved mail stay in sync
Time-boxed diagnostic shares (/diag from staff → customer approve → /support/d/{token})
Changelog auto-close: open tickets that match a Cloud ship get a Fixed-in mail and a reopen path (Billing / Locked-out skipped)
Pending-you count and diag-request APIs for the Mac tray badge and native compose sheet
/llms.txt and /llms-full.txt plus crawler-friendly GEO snapshots on marketing pages
Fixed
Support tickets now persist as first-class Rig records (RIG-XXXXXXXX) with working ticket URLs in the auto-reply
Staff /diag TTL parsing (/diag health 60m, /diag crash 30m) no longer treats the duration as a project name
